Jude has started talking a blue streak, and I wanted to document a few of his funniest bits before I forget. He is a stickler for proper pronunciation with a few adorable exceptions. He calls tangerines "pawjereens" and small things "willones". At the dinner table, if Jason and I are talking and start laughing, he starts fake laughing and then he says: "What's goin' on here?" *shoulder shrug* "What are we talkin' bout?" I wish I could get it on video. Lastly, when he wants his Dad, he will call out "Hey, Dad!" and if that doesn't work, he does his best mom impression and hollers "JAYYYSON!" The first time he did it, I almost peed my pants.
In other Jude news, he now sleeps in a big boy bed (twin mattress on the floor). He loves it, especially because every time he wakes up (three times last night), he can trot into our room and exclaim "Mom, come in!" Mom is very tired and out of ideas for keeping him in bed, any and all suggestions are welcome.
Here's to hilarious toddlers. Thank goodness cuteness trumps sleep deprivation or we'd all be in trouble.
