I've tried to limit my holiday decoration crafting this year (I've got quite a few gifts still to make). But I did manage to create a new wreath for our front door. I used a grapevine wreath as the base and attached a collection of felt poinsettias with hot glue.
I used the same method for the flowers as I did for the tree skirt I made last year. Here's a tutorial if you'd like to make your own. They are super easy to put together (you could even skip the hand stitching and just glue them). I think I might make a few as ornaments, if I get the time.
How are your holiday crafts coming? Do they feel frazzled or fun? Mine are little of both, yep, frazzled-fun seems to describe my "elving" quite well. In fact, I'd better get back to it before the little one wakes ...
