Apparently I'm designing through the decades. Check out Jude's Groovy 70's Threads:
The muscle tee is upcycled from one of Daddy's old shirts. This was my first real experience with knits, I'm happy with how it turned out, but let's just say I get what all the fuss is about. The pants are these from Made, in Alexander Henry Shroom fabric that Jude picked out on our last Joann's run.
I made the top and the pants a little too long on purpose, this kid is growing like a weed!
On the muscle tee, I used the original ribbing for the neck line, and I was going to finish the arm holes, but then I gave up decided they looked good raw. The shirt definitely showcases the guns.
Overall, I'm feelin' this groovy look. It's just right for a spring nature walk,
The KCWC so far: one hoodie, one tank top, and three pants ... time for Mommy to stretch her back and sip a glass of wine. Cheers, and happy sewing!
